IT Help Desk Specialist - 2nd Shift & Onboarding Support

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, is seeking a qualified IT Help Desk professional to manage tickets, respond to customers, and diagnose issues on the 2nd shift. You will use Service Now, assist new employees, and escalate where needed. The role requires a technical degree or 2+ years in a help desk, Windows 10/11 on Dell machines, strong organization, and US citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.
