Personal Service Provider (Weekend Position) – Split Shifts Available Healing and Helping Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Service Providers (PSPs) to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana . This is a weekend position , and split shifts may be available based on client schedules and care needs. Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support to promote clients' mental and emotional well-being. Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as outlined in each client's care plan. Help with household tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands as needed. Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and HIPAA guidelines to ensure quality care. Requirements Previous experience providing personal care or care-giving preferred. Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be available to work weekends. Split shifts may be required depending on client needs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for clients requiring transportation). Ability to pass a background check and meet all Indiana caregiver requirements.
