About the Company Our client is a well established globally recognized financial services organization is conducting a confidential search for a Vice President of Business Development to help drive continued growth within its institutional and professional trading business. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected organization with a strong reputation in the futures industry, partnering with introducing brokers, institutional clients, commercial firms, and trading professionals across domestic and international markets. About the Role The ideal candidate is an experienced business development professional who understands the futures ecosystem and enjoys building long-term client relationships while working alongside operations, risk, and compliance teams to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to grow institutional and professional trading relationships. Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities with introducing brokers (IBs), commercial firms, proprietary trading firms, CTAs, and other market participants. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients while managing existing relationships. Partner with internal operations, compliance, risk, and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings. Stay current on futures markets, industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments. Support marketing and business development initiatives that strengthen brand presence and market visibility. Qualifications 3+ years of business development or sales experience within the futures, commodities, or securities industry. Demonstrated success developing new business and growing client relationships. Strong understanding of futures clearing, institutional trading, and the Introducing Broker (IB) and Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) business models. Experience with trading platforms such as CQG, TT, CTS, Rithmic, or similar technologies. Series 3 license or the ability to obtain it shortly after joining. Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills. Willingness to travel periodically, including occasional domestic and international travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr Crucial Hire
