Job Overview

We are hiring an energetic, self-motivated Door-to-Door Home Security Sales Representative (experience in any form of sales is acceptable) to canvas residential neighborhoods, educate homeowners, perform risk assessments, and close new customer accounts. If you thrive in a face-to-face environment and enjoy turning cold leads into loyal clients, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Field Canvassing: Prospect assigned residential territories daily door-to-door to build a sales pipeline.
Consultative Selling: Assess home vulnerabilities and recommend customized smart security and automation packages.
Product Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate security hardware, mobile apps, and monitoring services.
End-to-End Closing: Manage the full sales process from initial contact to contract signing and installation scheduling.
Pipeline Management: Track visits, leads, and follow-ups using our mobile CRM software.
Referrals & Market Awareness: Build rapport with new clients to generate local referrals and stay current on industry trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

Sales Experience: Direct door-to-door (D2D) sales experience of any kind—especially in home security, smart home, or residential services—is preferred, but not required .
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities with a resilient, self-motivated mindset.
Industry Knowledge: Basic familiarity with home security tech (sensors, cameras, smart locks) is a plus.
Logistics & Compliance: Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check and obtain local sales licensing.
