We are seeking a motivated and Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers a base salary of $37,440/year and expected first-year earning will be between $50,000 - $70,000 with the potential of getting over 100k. Career progression paths include Sales Manager roles and even entrepreneurial opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through research and prospecting.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close sales effectively to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Set and achieve personal and team sales goals with strategic planning.
Requirements
- A valid insurance license is required before starting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and an in-depth understanding of products and market trends.
- A motivated, goal-oriented, and focused mindset.
