Schedule: Monday–Friday

Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift

Everflow is seeking a Quality Assurance / Warehouse Associate to join their team on 2nd shift. This position is responsible for ensuring orders and inventory are accurate, complete, and meet quality standards before moving through the shipping process.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and a strong problem solver with previous experience in inventory, order picking, and warehouse operations. Candidates must also be comfortable operating a Cherry Picker .

• Perform quality checks on products, orders, and inventory

• Verify order accuracy, quantities, and product specifications

• Pick orders accurately and efficiently

• Assist with inventory control and inventory accuracy

• Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect products and determine appropriate solutions

• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Operate a Cherry Picker to retrieve and move inventory

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Communicate inventory or quality issues to supervisors and team members

• Complete other warehouse and quality-related duties as needed

• Previous warehouse, inventory, order picking, or quality assurance experience

• Cherry Picker experience required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to identify discrepancies and determine solutions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work on your feet throughout the shift
