Your Impact

As a Total Kitchen Makeover Design Consultant , you will:

• Meet homeowners to uncover needs, urgency, and budget.
• Present stunning solutions for kitchens, custom closets, garage storage, and home organization systems using Total Kitchen Makeover’s premium products and proven processes .
• Guide clients with clarity and confidence through the decision-making process.
• Close sales on the first visit and submit clean, production-ready jobs.
• Manage your schedule effectively while supporting your team.

Who You Are

• A proven one-call closer with a track record of success.
• Minimum 3 years of B2C sales experience .
• Tech-savvy with iOS devices and sales software tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of home improvement projects (preferred).
• Naturally competitive, disciplined, and self-motivated.
• Creative and detail-oriented with strong design instincts.
• Personable, persuasive, and able to connect quickly with customers.
• Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check.

Compensation & Benefits

• $120,000 to $300,000+ per year (commission-based, uncapped).
• Paid training and ongoing support from a team who cares about your success.
