Lab Technician I Our client is looking for Lab Technician I. As a Lab Technician I, you’ll support daily laboratory operations by maintaining a safe, clean, and well‑stocked work environment in a complex active pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. This role helps ensure labs meet housekeeping and safety requirements by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and sustaining strong quality practices. What does a Lab Technician I do day‑to‑day? You’ll clean labs, glassware, and equipment, perform chemical and waste removal/transport with proper labeling and containment, and help keep supplies ready for scientific staff to complete projects on time. Responsibilities Clean laboratories, glassware, and equipment in accordance with applicable SOPs to support housekeeping and compliance Remove and transport chemicals and waste to appropriate bulk areas, ensuring proper labeling and containment Monitor and maintain lab supplies; order routine items to ensure lab personnel have necessary equipment, solvents, and common materials Assist with continuous improvement for laboratory organization, cleanliness, sustainability, and safety Follow all safety procedures and participate in EH&S and safety awareness programs Communicate with lab teams to ensure compliance with policies and SOPs and support good housekeeping Required Skills, Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to read, analyze, and interpret English‑language regulatory documents such as SOPs and job training materials Effective written and verbal communication skills with peers, supervisors, and management Basic skills in Microsoft Office and other job‑related software Ability to work independently and in a team environment Work Schedule 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday (Day shift) #J-18808-Ljbffr Technical Needs
