We’re Hiring: Architectural Project Designer / Architect Hobbs+Black Architects | Hybrid (3 days in the studio + 2 days remote) Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85258, Arizona What You’ll Do Here Build trusted relationships with clients and turn their needs into thoughtful, functional design solutions Collaborate seamlessly with project managers, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams Conduct site planning, zoning work, and code analysis Lead the development of coordinated high quality construction documents Design and document with precision using Revit and Bluebeam Prepare bid packages and partner with consultants to ensure cohesive project delivery Support construction administration with field visits, submittal reviews, and thorough documentation Contribute to the studio’s QA/QC process to uphold our standards of excellence What You Bring To The Team 8+ years of technical work experience and project management Advanced Revit skills and comfort producing detailed construction documents Commitment to sustainable, thoughtful design Licensure preferred (or active progress toward licensure) Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an NCARB accredited program Valid driver’s license Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. Why You’ll Love Working with Us True studio environment built on trust, flexibility, and shared passion Hybrid work culture that supports life and productivity Diverse portfolio that keeps every day fresh and meaningful A team that genuinely cares — about you, about each other, and about the work we do together Ready to Make an Impact?
