Job Function :

• Shift: 40 hrs | 4x10 Days
• Document all patient care accurately, completely, and promptly in the facility EMR
• Prepare the operating room for procedures and assist with room turnover
• Assist with patient positioning and ensure comfort and safety throughout the procedure
• Handle and label specimens according to policy
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and infection-control standards
• Identify and initiate corrective actions when necessary
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to ensure efficient workflow

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience
• Pediatric OR experience required
• Spinal fusion experience required
• Neurosurgery and craniofacial surgery experience required
• Active CT RN License or Compact License
  • License pending accepted with ETA provided at submission
• BLS Certification
• PALS Certification
• Level I Trauma experience preferred
• Adult congenital surgical experience beneficial
• CVOR experience beneficial
• Robotic surgery experience beneficial
