Business Data Analyst

• Identify business intelligence and data analysis needs
• Work closely with Business and Technical teams
• Turn data into critical information for business decisions
• Engage business and development teams to design dashboards, alerts, and reports
• Provide project leadership including facilitating requirements gathering
• Conduct analysis of functional business processes
• Educate clients to use data as an analytical tool

Requirements BA/BS Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and progressive experience 3+ Years of Business Data Analyst Experience Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills Strong critical thinking & problem-solving competency Experience with Agile teams as a BA Strong SQL skills Proficient in Word, MS Excel and Visio Technical experience with BI Tools and Python is a plus Exposure to APIs, understanding of XML and JSON language preferred.
