Coordinates community and store event programs throughout the store.Minimum Required Qualifications:The minimum required qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Directly supervises cashiers, bookkeepers, front-end supervisors.Associate Degree (A.A.) from two-year College or university; Five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer skills a must. Background in store operations and work scheduling required.Ability to read and interpret general business reports, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The associate if frequently required to walk, stand for a minimum of 4 hours and sit. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderateEssential Job Functions:Performance of the essential functions of this position require the Team Member to possess the minimum qualifications listed below.
