Job Details Location: 177 Reynoldsburg, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068. Full-Time, Hourly paid position. $24.40 per hour. Monday-Wednesday 10am–6pm, Saturday‑Sunday 6:30am–2:30pm. Free employee Black Card Membership. Job Summary The Club Manager is responsible for all club operations under the supervision of the Senior General Manager. This includes ensuring that the operational and financial goals are met, creating member experiences that produce raving fans, and developing and leading a staff of servant leaders whose mission is to transform the lives of those they serve. Essential Job Functions Ensure the club is fully staffed and the team performs to NFP standards. Build a bench of team members. Recruit and staff, including recruitment tactics, pre‑screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions; provide backup support as needed. Consistently achieve monthly goals, including drivers and KPIs. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for all members. Manage club labor and ensure payroll accuracy by validating timecards, approving payroll, and scheduling shifts efficiently. Ensure the club is clean, well‑maintained, and safe for all members and staff; maintain at least a passing Club BER inspection monthly. Hold staff accountable to policies and procedures. Provide coaching, constructive counseling, and progressive discipline up to and including termination. Drive membership sales with a focus on achieving DGR goals and participate in community outreach. Invest in staff training and development to enhance skills and performance. Assess areas of need, develop and execute a plan of correction. Update the Senior General Manager on club progress weekly. Attend and participate in regional meetings. Complete one‑on‑ones on time with development goals and objectives. Model servant leadership through daily interactions. Work side‑by‑side with staff, supporting front desk activities, giving member tours, using Ignite to enroll/manage/cancel members, and cleaning the club to NFP standards. Ensure member accidents are reported in a timely manner through the NFP process. Additional responsibilities may be required. Qualifications Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry. High school education or GED. Management experience through Planet Fitness preferred. Exceptional leadership, diplomacy, and listening skills. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite). Ability to coach and develop team members successfully. Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 80 pounds. Walking and standing for prolonged periods of time. Crouching, bending, and using hands to pinch and grasp. #J-18808-Ljbffr Planet Fitness
