Automotive Sales Manager

Responsibilities Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences Provide information about available car models, features, and pricing Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities Negotiate sales prices and financing options with customers Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for car sales Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets Stay updated on industry trends and new car models Experience Previous experience in car sales or a similar role is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and commissions Ability to cold call potential customers and build relationships Knowledge of inventory control processes and procedures Organizational skills to manage customer information and sales documentation Familiarity with retail math concepts for calculating discounts, taxes, and profit margins Must be willing to complete preemployment drug testing and background check.
