Grants Manager Pensacola, FL, US 6 days ago Requisition ID: 1375 Community Health Northwest Florida is seeking a dedicated and experienced Grants Manager to join our team. This leadership position plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the Grants Department while ensuring grant compliance, financial accountability, and successful implementation of grant-funded programs. The Grants Manager partners with organizational leaders to develop and execute grant strategies that support our mission of improving community health. What You'll Do Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Grants Department. Manage grant implementation, reporting, applications, invoicing, and compliance. Prepare grant financial reports, budgets, and budget-to-actual variance analyses. Monitor grant expenditures and ensure compliance with grant requirements, GAAP, and organizational policies. Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Office Managers, and Program Managers to support grant-funded initiatives. Assist with audits, financial reporting, and continuous process improvement. Supervise and develop Grant Support Staff. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Social Work, or a related field. At least three years of accounting or grant management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, general ledger, and grant compliance. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with grants, finance, or accounting in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Why Join Community Health Northwest Florida?
