Description The pay for this position is $18.50/hour + tips + bonus. At Five Guys, we serve outstanding burgers and fries in clean restaurants with a top‑tier customer service approach. Job Responsibilities Shift managers are trained to perform all duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation – product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
