Physical Therapist Per Diem

Provides direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, with pediatric care required for some specialty positions. This position uses a variety of physical therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned. Work Schedule: Minimum of one weekend/month and 1-2 holidays/year Required Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited school with a Doctorate, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required.

• Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy
• Licensed with the Wisconsin Board of Physical Therapy (Specific only to

employees practicing in Wisconsin) * Current BLS- American Heart Association or American Red Cross (BLS for Health Professionals).

• Proficient with communication and data processing equipment.
• Proficient in clinical equipment related to the area of expertise.
• Proficient in organization electronic medical record software.

Preferred Qualifications: * Recommend experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a medical setting. * Recommend membership in a related professional organization.
