Job Overview Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a contract position in Choctaw, Oklahoma. Shift: 8 hours, days. Start Date: ASAP. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure. Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient settings. Current Physical Therapist license within the state of practice.
