Active Colorado PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification required from AHA or ARC. Experience in outpatient settings is required. Strong general clinical experience including post‑operative care, sports injury management, and geriatrics. Experience across multiple modalities and care environments preferred, including home health, outpatient, and acute care. Ability to conduct home health visits and travel within a 60‑mile radius as part of the assignment. Manager interview and offer required prior to start. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital. Shift Name: Days. Shift Pattern: Monday through Friday, 5x8 preferred; may consider 4x10. Multimodality role covering home health, outpatient, and acute care within a regional area.
