Production Planner Position
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Production Planning & Inventory Coordinator to support supply chain operations for one of its production facilities in Tennessee. This role is responsible for balancing customer demand, production capacity, inventory levels, and material availability to ensure products are delivered on time while maintaining efficient inventory performance.

Key responsibilities for the Production Planner position:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to support customer demand and operational goals.
- Coordinate material availability and supplier deliveries to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze planning data, and make adjustments to support service and inventory objectives.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, procurement, customer service, and product teams to resolve supply challenges.
- Track production performance and identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
- Support inventory management initiatives, product transitions, and continuous improvement projects.
