Accountant Overview The Accountant role focuses on providing accounting and financial reporting services for high-net-worth clients. Accountant Key Responsibilities & Duties Record and reconcile client income and expenses against bank and broker statements. Prepare journal entries for consolidations and adjustments as required. Respond promptly to client requests for financial analyses and reporting. Collaborate with payroll, tax, and investment reporting departments to ensure accuracy. Manage alternative investment transactions and reconcile corresponding documentation. Develop and maintain detailed financial reports for client portfolios. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial processes and reporting. Accountant Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial preparation and analysis. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assignments effectively. Experience in tax and financial reporting is preferred. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
