POSITION OVERVIEW This is a high‑visibility, end‑to‑end ownership role — relocating three facilities into a new 200k square foot build‑out location, all responsibilities from finalizing the project plan through facility commissioning, equipment migration, and a stabilized first production run in the new building. Serve as the day‑to‑day owner's representative on site. Manage the general contractor against scope, schedule, and quality expectations. Coordinate directly with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, low‑voltage, and specialty trades as required. Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications; recommend approval or rejection. Conduct site walks, develop punch lists, and lead final acceptance. Own the project budget; track committed, incurred, and forecasted costs against plan. Maintain a project budget tracker with monthly and cumulative reporting. Evaluate and negotiate change orders, surface variances early with mitigation options. Report on financial status to executive leadership on a defined cadence. Plan and lead the physical move of equipment, inventory, and supporting infrastructure. Coordinate with operations leaders to schedule departmental moves, training, and process re‑validation. Partner with Quality on ISO 9001:2015 recertification activities at the new site. Provide clear, regular status reporting to executive sponsors, operations, finance, quality, and EHS. Maintain project documentation, drawings, permits, and certificates of occupancy and compliance. Other duties as assigned.
