- Are you a passionate Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) ready to make a difference?
- We are seeking a motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Work Night Shifts: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) with Weekend Requirements (typically every other weekend).
- Enjoy a supportive and dynamic team atmosphere! Job Details:
- Call Requirements:
- Up to 2 call shifts per 6-week schedule
- Expect no more than one call shift in any 1 week
- On-call hours: 4 PM - 8 PM while on night shift
- Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and State License
- Preferred Experience: Adult Critical Care, LTAC, and Trauma Level II
- Skills:
- Proficient in Adult Critical Care techniques
- Experience with:
- Ventilation Management (BiPAP, CPAP, ECMO)
- Intubation and Extubation procedures
- Arterial blood gas drawing and interpretation
- Pulmonary Hygiene and Cystic Fibrosis care
- Aerosol therapies
- Unit Details:
- Work with diverse patient age groups: Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
- Collaborate with Rapid Response Teams and Respiratory Services
- Engage in an active learning environment with opportunities for growth
- Orientation and Compliance:
- Receive comprehensive orientation (24 hours)
- Complete annual compliance modules (up to 16 hours reimbursable) - Flexibility Required:
- Willingness to float to other units as needed
