This role requires a relationship-driven professional with a sales-oriented mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting top talent with exceptional career opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and motivated by achieving results while working as part of a collaborative, close-knit team.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment from job intake through onboardingCreate and post compelling job advertisements across multiple platformsSource candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, hiring events, and other recruiting channelsBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines across a variety of industries and skill setsConduct phone screens and prescreen interviews to evaluate qualifications and fitPresent qualified candidates to internal stakeholders and clientsCoordinate and schedule candidate interviewsNegotiate offers and communicate compensation details with candidatesInitiate and support onboarding activities for new hiresDevelop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment processAttend networking and hiring events to promote the J.
