Paralegal Position
Proxy Legal Staffing & Search Group has partnered with a regional firm to find a paralegal. Key responsibilities include supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, reviewing and organizing case-related records, preparing medical chronologies and case summaries, assisting with trial preparation, conducting legal and factual research, managing case files and deadlines, coordinating with clients and opposing counsel, preparing status reports, and performing additional litigation support duties as needed.
Qualifications include 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, experience with Pennsylvania litigation, familiarity with legal billing and time entry requirements, trial preparation experience, strong legal research skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent attention to detail.
