Opportunity for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)! New Patterns ABA is seeking caring, devoted, and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our expanding team! This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families. Position Overview: As part of our team, you will work under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients build essential life skills in home, school, and community settings. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments Implement customized treatment plans created by a BCBA Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior Assist in developing and carrying out behavior intervention strategies Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families Qualifications: Current RBT certification (preferred, not required) Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and follow through on responsibilities Comfort working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds What We Offer: Pay: $22 - $28 per hour (based on experience) Flexible scheduling options Supportive and collaborative team environment Ongoing training, mentorship, and supervision Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement If you are passionate about making a positive impact and want to grow your career in ABA, we'd love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr New Patterns ABA FL
