**Job Description:****Job Summary – Endpoint Technologies Specialist**The Endpoint Technologies Specialist delivers first‐ and second‐level technical support for internal users across the organization. This role supports Windows workstations, mobile devices, and core corporate technologies. Responsibilities include both hands‐on and remote support for applications, hardware, and platforms used by our domestic and international teams.
