We partner on large-scale commercial and industrial projects, including data centers, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, office buildings, retail developments, and major infrastructure projects for nationally recognized clients.We are seeking both Mid-Level Electrical Estimators and High Level Electrical Estimators to support our continued growth and increasing project portfolio.Compensation:Mid-Level Estimator: $95,000 - $120,000Upper-Level Estimator: $120,000 - $145,000Position OverviewThe Electrical Estimator is responsible for developing accurate, competitive cost estimates and bid proposals for commercial and industrial electrical construction projects. This role works closely with project managers, field leadership, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure estimates align with project scope, schedule, and client requirements.Higher-level candidates may also provide leadership, mentorship, and support to estimating teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed electrical estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposalsReview construction drawings, specifications, and project documentsPerform comprehensive cost analysis and pricing evaluationUtilize Accubid Enterprise (or similar estimating software) to develop accurate estimatesSolicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricingCollaborate with project managers, superintendents, and preconstruction teamsSupport design-build and negotiated project opportunitiesEnsure compliance with NEC standards and industry best practicesAssist in developing bid strategies to improve project competitivenessRequired Qualifications5+ years of electrical estimating experienceStrong knowledge of commercial and/or industrial electrical constructionExperience using Accubid Enterprise or similar estimating softwareUnderstanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) requirementsExperience with electrical takeoffs, bid preparation, and cost analysisAbility to interpret construction drawings and specificationsPreferred QualificationsLeadership or team management experiencePreconstruction experienceBluebeam Revu proficiencyDesign-build project experienceVendor and subcontractor bid solicitation experienceWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation100% employer-paid healthcare for employees and familiesGrowth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organizationCollaborative, family-owned culture with less bureaucracy and more impactExposure to high-profile commercial, industrial, and data center projectsWork EnvironmentThis is primarily an office-based position in either Romeoville, IL or Downtown Nashville, TN.
