This role ensures accurate intake of customer orders, proper documentation, and system setup for all incoming parts. The position requires close collaboration with the Logistics and Customer Service teams to maintain efficiency and accuracy throughout the workflow.Essential Job Responsibilities:Order Receipt:Receive and process incoming shipments on the logistics floorOpen and inspect boxes to verify contents against order documentationEnter new orders into the system with a high degree of accuracyCreate and organize job packets for production useAssign and track box locations within the facilitySafely lift and handle materials up to 25 lbsMedia Setup:Scan and upload documents into the system for recordkeepingTake clear and accurate photos of incoming parts for identification and trackingCreate new part numbers in the system as neededVerify order details and customer information for accuracyMaintain organized digital records to support operationsCollaboration & Communication:Work closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure order accuracyPartner with the Logistics team to support workflow and inventory trackingCommunicate any discrepancies or issues in a timely mannerKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Combination of warehouse floor and office-based tasks.Exposure to standard warehouse conditions including noise and movement of materials.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs.Comfortable working on the logistics/warehouse floor.Requirements:Minimum Job Requirements:2+ years' experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or industrial setting.High school diploma or equivalent at a minimum.PC proficient with a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office applications.Must be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starting individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to speak and write English (Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus).Individual must be authorized to work in the U.S.This position requires access to ITAR-controlled information and materials.
