REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Regional Director Of Operations

Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee our extended stay hotel operations for hotel locations on the East Coast.

As a Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of District Manager professionals, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and business development. This position requires 75% plus overnight travel and remote work.

Duties:

• Provide leadership and guidance to district managers and hotel teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve targets
• Manage and optimize regional operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead the development and execution of business development initiatives to expand market presence
• Oversee the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track regional performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute regional strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, ownership groups, partners, and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Regional Director of Operations or similar position within the extended stay segment
• Strong background in operations management, including experience in managing multiple locations or regions
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving goals
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies
• Experience in business development, including identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth
• Proficient in project management methodologies, with the ability to oversee complex projects from initiation to completion
• Track record of successfully implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Valid Driver's License
