Our family of providers husband-and-wife Chiropractors, a Medical Physician daughter, and a remarkable extended team offers Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Regenerative Medicine, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Lifestyle Medicine, Nutritional Counseling, and Neurological Rehabilitation under one roof.

As our Patient Experience Ambassador, you are the heartbeat of the front office the first impression, the calm in the chaos, and a key driver of patient outcomes. Your day will include:

• Welcoming patients warmly greeting, touring, and making every visit feel personal
• Managing scheduling, patient flow, and multi-provider coordination with precision
• Verifying, documenting, and communicating insurance benefits experience preferred
• Presenting treatment plans and payment options in a way that motivates patients to commit to their wellness
• Handling patient accounts, collecting payments, and liaising with our billing team
• Maintaining meticulous records and anticipating needs before they become problems
• Curating the in-office patient experience from our Comfort Menu to the overall atmosphere
• Participating actively in team meetings, trainings, and our culture of continuous improvement
