️ Travel Occupational Therapist – 13 Week Contract | Days

We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel opportunity in Lakeview, Oregon!

Location: Lakeview, OR
⏳ Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Mon–Thurs | Days
⏰ Hours: 40 hrs/week

Requirements:
✅ Current Oregon OT License
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited OT program
✅ Current CPR Certification
✅ Current Oregon Driver’s License
✅ Strong knowledge of therapy procedures & rehabilitation practices
✅ Knowledge of orthopedic and neurological follow-up procedures
✅ Good communication and teamwork skills
✅ Basic computer skills

Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy to improve, restore, or maintain functional abilities
Treat patients with disabilities, disorders, and injuries
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
Educate and work with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Assignment Details:
Remote/rural location — candidates should be comfortable with the area’s remoteness
Must be currently active
Experience preferred but not required if all requirements are met
