NO DIRECT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! If you are highly motivated, willing to work hard and follow a proven sales training system, we'll take care of the rest. The way cars are retailed today has changed – customers are doing most of their research and shopping online and are looking for a quick and consistent process no matter where they are. It's also about the technology in the car and the ability to demonstrate it.
