Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, role transitions, promotions, transfers, and exits.
• Maintain complete employee records and confidential personnel files.
• Utilize HR systems for transaction management, data integrity, and reporting.
• Administer HR policies and continually optimize process efficiency and service delivery.

Employee & Manager Support

• Serve as the primary contact for workforce inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and leave.
• Guide managers to drive fair, consistent people practices and build strong team relationships.
• Document employee relations issues and escalate complex cases appropriately.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Conduct periodic HR audits and assist with workplace investigations and documentation.

Payroll & Benefits

• Partner with vendors to ensure timely, accurate payroll processing and accurate audit trails.
• Administer benefits programs, assist with enrollment, and handle leave documentation.

Talent, Engagement & Development

• Drive recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, performance management, and training.
• Support employee engagement, culture programs, workforce metrics, and special HR projects.

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Generate key workforce analytics and leverage SAP/HR tools to align with Finance goals.
• Standardize workflows to boost operational efficiency and enhance employee experience.
