Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a Level 1 trauma facility, requiring 3+ years of experience and strong Siemens scanner proficiency.

Details

• Acute care setting within a Level 1 trauma facility
• CT Scan department caring for high acuity Level 1 trauma and acute stroke patients
• Uses Siemens equipment exclusively, including Single syngo Force, Definition 64 slice, and AS20 with interventional package
• Requires post processing capability on Siemens systems
• Cerner EMR used for charting
• Weekend night shifts, Friday/Saturday/Sunday 7p-7a, 12-hour shifts
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No call requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of CT Technologist experience
• ARRT (CT) certification required per Department of Health regulation
• BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens CT scanners required
• Post processing experience required
• Experience with Level 1 trauma and acute stroke high acuity patients preferred
• Strong IV start skills preferred
