Warehouse Assistant

What you'll do: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using forklifts and/or pallet jacks and inventory systems Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled with care and stored in the correct locations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to keep stock levels accurate Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping and receiving goals What you bring: Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience is a plus but we’re happy to train the right person Forklift certification required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Comfort using basic warehouse technology (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand tools, etc.) A team-first attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic Commitment to safety and accuracy in every task Join our team to innovate the future of water and wastewater.
