Sales Representative - Uniform

Location Solon, OH, US, 44139 Requisition Number 226226 Job Summary We are seeking a goal-oriented, motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing Outside Sales team. The role provides customers with solutions to their work apparel needs, offering services such as weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and company branding. You will apply skills learned in the Cintas Sales Training Program, including cold‑calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing. Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory. Utilize the CRM to identify prospects, close new business, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their apparel and branding needs. Qualifications Required: High School diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS). Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Prior sales experience (1 year+) preferably in a similar role. Prior experience in new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales. Benefits Salarized base + unlimited commission and quarterly bonus based on performance. Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $60,000 and $150,000 per year, based on base salary plus earned commissions.
