Insurance Sales Producer - Commercial Lines Client Advisor Position Overview World’s Client Advisors bring risk‑management solutions to businesses and individuals. The primary focus is on identifying, prospecting, cultivating, and closing new commercial clients using World’s unique niche. While the core role is selling commercial‑lines risk solutions, advisors may also help clients with personal lines insurance, employee benefits, 401(k) and related retirement solutions, and payroll and human resources outsourcing solutions. Primary Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business, focusing on commercial accounts. Engage in sales and marketing tactics (supported by corporate marketing) to move prospects through the funnel to closing. Track all sales activities in HubSpot and leverage the platform to its fullest potential. Use World’s broad platform to deliver risk‑management solutions to individuals and business owners, including traditional commercial lines insurance, high‑net‑worth/private client, employee benefits, human capital and payroll outsourcing, and retirement financial services. Qualifications Proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clients. Willingness to become each client’s trusted risk‑management advisor and leverage the full World platform (P&C, employee benefits, retirement plans, wholesale, payroll and HR outsourcing services). Maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment, positioned to manage an existing book of business. Experience that is meaningful but not mandatory: Sold commercial insurance for a top broker; World provides training to enhance expertise. Used an insurance agency management software platform such as AMS360 or Epic, and has experience with a sales CRM (HubSpot). Built and presented client pitch decks or presentations. Compensation Base salary plus commissions, plus a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested. Base salary range: $60,000 to $200,000+, depending on experience and revenue generation. Salary grows as the book of business grows.
