Position Title: Part-Time Office Assistant

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls while performing data entry and general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.

• Take messages and relay information accurately to appropriate staff members.

• Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

• Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.

• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence as needed.

• Greet visitors and provide basic customer service support.

• Support office staff with special projects and additional administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous office, administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and work independently.

• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
