2S Med Rehab RN48hrs or 36hrs accepted3x12hr DAYS 7A-7P; weekdays, every other weekend, float. Unit description: 24 beds. Cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury, amputees, spinal cord injuries, deconditioning, neurological diseases. Each patient has a care team assigned to them. Therapy works with the pt's 3 hours a day M-F. LOS is around 2 weeks. Orientation held every other week on Thursday. Required certifications: BLS (must be AHA), acute care rehab preferred. Ratio: Days 1:4/5, Nights 1:5/6. Experience required: 2 years of RN experience required; 1 year in-specialty experience required; charge exp preferred. First-timers accepted. Every other weekend required. No call requirement. RN can be floated within scope to meet facilities needs when required. Open to accommodating block schedule requests - discuss in interview. 100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval). WV/Compact RN license required - can submit with pending RN license but must have WV/Compact license active to start. No RTO restrictions; must include requests on application and discuss during interview. Guaranteed hours: 36 or 48hr/week options - discuss with manager. Patient diagnoses: SCI, TBI, STROKE, AMPUTATION, NEUROMUSCULAR DX, SEVERE DECONDITIONING R/T CARDIAC OR RESPIRATORY EVENT.

Flu shot required unless documented allergy. Covid vaccine not required. Required submission: Candidate profile (work history), specialty specific skills checklist, min. 2 Mgr/Charge references (within past 2yrs.), RN Lic. verification (NURSYs pulled within 2 days of sub date clean lic. required hits submitted for case-by-case basis approval), driver's license, SSN.
