The Lead Landscape Crew Leader at Cerv Property Solutions directs a small team of up to five members, balancing hands-on landscaping work with supervisory responsibilities. This role specializes in commercial and large-scale public or municipal landscaping projects, ensuring quality installation, maintenance, and adherence to safety standards. The position typically follows standard working hours with occasional weekend and overtime commitments.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a small landscaping crew effectively
- Participate in and oversee landscape installation and maintenance
- Manage equipment use and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
- Enforce safety protocols and quality control standards on site
- Coordinate materials and resources for project completion
- Provide training and support to crew members
- Interact professionally with customers to address needs and concerns
- Prepare and submit regular progress and incident reports
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of landscaping experience

- Proven team leadership skills
- Experience in landscape maintenance and equipment operation
- Knowledge of plant care and safety compliance
