Vice President for Enrollment Management & Marketing About the Company Internationally acclaimed school of fashion, art & design Industry Education Management Type Privately Held Founded 2018 Employees 11-50 Specialties the school of fashion art & design About the Role The Company is in search of its inaugural Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing (VPEMM). The successful candidate will be instrumental in the integration of admissions, financial aid, and marketing within a newly formed division, with a focus on driving future enrollment growth. This pivotal role requires expertise in discount management, the design of innovative recruitment plans, and the implementation of effective marketing tactics. A strong understanding of both domestic and international student recruitment, as well as familiarity with up-to-date recruitment technology, is essential. The VPEMM will also be responsible for supervising a team and should have a background in luxury brand-related education programs. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Applicants for the VPEMM position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or terminal degree preferred) and have a minimum of 7 years' experience in the enrollment management profession, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. The role demands a candidate with a deep knowledge of higher education admissions, financial aid, and marketing, and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the field. Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot is necessary. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, capable of shaping the future of the institution's enrollment and marketing efforts. The VPEMM will work closely with the President/CEO and must be prepared to lead a team that includes a division focused on Latin American recruitment.
