This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.Contract DetailsStart Date: 10/13Duration: 16 weeksSchedule: Rotating shifts, 3 shifts per weekGuaranteed Hours: 36 hours per weekResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit.Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in their medical status.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management.QualificationsMinimum of two (2) years of full-time staff experience as an ICU RN prior to travel assignments.Current Hawaii RN License required.Valid certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS are mandatory.ASN or BSN degree is preferred.Specialty certifications such as CRN, CCRN, or CV-BC are highly desired.Compliance and Health RequirementsAll licenses and certifications must be valid at the time of application and throughout the duration of the contract.Compliance requirements must be completed no later than 10 days prior to the contract start date.Requested Time Off (RTO) during the initial contract is limited to a maximum of 7 days.Compliance with health requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination, will be necessary.Floating RequirementsTravelers may be required to float to other areas within their skill set based on operational needs.Application ProcessAll applicants must submit their application, alongside the required documents and ensure completion of compliance before the stipulated deadline.
