Responsibilities:

• Write and send handwritten cards to customers for relationship building and retention
• Schedule appointments for producers via text and follow up as needed
• Assist with general office tasks and day-to-day operations
• Support the team in maintaining consistent communication with clients
• Help ensure a positive and professional customer experience
