Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Assignment: 3–4 months
Location: Carroll, OH
Job Overview
LaborMAX Staffing is hiring an Equipment Associate / Equipment Washer for a busy equipment rental operation. This position will primarily involve washing and cleaning rental equipment using a power washer , along with assisting with general equipment-related duties.
This position requires working outdoors and power washing for most of the workday. Candidates should be comfortable working outside for extended periods and performing physical, hands-on work.
No previous experience is required. We are looking for dependable individuals who are ready to work and can commit to the assignment.
Responsibilities
- Wash and clean rental equipment
- Use a power washer to remove dirt, mud, grease, and debris from equipment
- Work outdoors for most of the workday
- Help keep equipment and the work area clean and organized
- Assist with general equipment-related tasks as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Steel-toe boots required
- Must be comfortable working outdoors for most of the day
- Must be comfortable power washing for extended periods
- Must be comfortable working around equipment
- Must be able to perform physical, hands-on work
- Background check required
- Drug screen required
- Two professional references required
- Reliable transportation
Pay & Schedule
- $22.00 per hour
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Assignment expected to last 3–4 months
- Consistent weekday schedule
