Looking to start your career in sales and marketing ? Join our Fresno team as an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate — no experience required .

We provide paid training, mentorship, weekly pay, uncapped commission, and real opportunities for career advancement . This is a great fit for recent graduates, career changers, and motivated candidates ready to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do
  • Represent nonprofit organizations and ethical brands at events and community activations
  • Connect with customers and community members through face-to-face marketing
  • Support sales, customer acquisition, donor outreach, and lead generation
  • Learn sales, marketing, communication, and leadership skills
  • Work with a supportive team and participate in ongoing training
What We’re Looking For

Experience is not required—we train you.

We’re looking for candidates who are:

  • 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Friendly, confident, and comfortable working with people
  • Motivated, reliable, and willing to learn
  • Coachable and goal-oriented
  • Interested in sales, marketing, business, or leadership

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; college experience is a plus, not a requirement.
