Primary Care Physician

Step into a well-supported, 100% outpatient primary care opportunity designed for physicians who want meaningful patient relationships, clinical variety, and excellent work-life balance. This role offers a predictable four-day workweek, no hospital responsibilities, no after-hours call, and a steady patient volume of approximately 25-30 patients per day. You'll join a collaborative clinic team focused on delivering accessible, high-quality care while giving you the structure and support to enjoy your practice-and your time outside of it.

Schedule & Workload

• Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday

• Physician Schedule: 4 shifts per week (10 hours each) - enjoy a built-in 3-day weekend most weeks!

• Patient Volume: ~25-30 patients per day, with 20 minutes per visit across the board

• No: hospital consults, inpatient responsibilities, or after-hours call

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive, patient-focused primary care

• Manage chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, and COPD

• Diagnose and treat acute concerns during same-day visits

• Perform common in-office procedures with modern equipment

• Partner with a supportive care team to make your day flow smoothly

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine

• Active (or eligible) state medical license

• A team-player with a passion for patient care

• Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, outpatient setting
