Maintenance Supervisor: Lean Manufacturing & Safety

G&W Electric Co. in Bolingbrook/Blue Island area seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the Maintenance department, plan work, and drive improvements to keep the plant running efficiently and minimize downtime. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Maintenance and Facilities, you will manage ~6+ hourly staff, enforce safety, manage budgets, and lead regulatory compliance incl. NFPA-70E.
