Wise Coatings is scheduling interviews now for Lead Resinous (Epoxy/Polyaspartic/Urethane Cement/Polishing) Flooring Technicians in Mobile, AL This is a part-time to full time Mon-Fri position (weather can play a role in the total hours worked per week). Seeking an experienced lead technician that is already familiar with the prep process, has installed various coatings (epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane, flake systems), and strives to leave the jobsite cleaner than when they arrive. This person also needs to have a great eye for details, the little things matter in this business.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2yrs EXPERIENCE.

The compensation will start at $21-25/hour based on work experience. Other aspects of the compensation package include:

• Paid time off after 1 year of service
• Paid holidays

The duties associated with this position include:

• Ensure that the customer is extremely pleased with their experience from start to finish
• Ensure that all Field Technicians behave in a way that increases the customer’s confidence and comfort level.
• Ensure that all Wise Coatings standard operating procedures are followed to the letter
• Communicate with the Office Manager regarding schedule and job updates, customer communication, and any other relevant information.
• Supervise the activity of assigned Field Technicians
• Master the use of various software for recording information, getting job details,

and communication.

• Assist in ongoing field training for all Field Technicians as directed
