Albany Med Health System is seeking a dedicated and dynamic board-certified Internal Medicine educator to join our ambulatory Internal Medicine academic practice. Be part of a cornerstone practice in the Albany Medical College (AMC) Internal Medicine residency training program, supporting 54 residents, including 30 in continuity practice at our Internal Medicine Group (IMG) . Work in a community-based, hospital-affiliated setting with 9 faculty and 2 advanced practitioners, committed to serving patients in the greater Capital District of Albany, NY . Engage with medical students (years 1-4), as well as physician assistant and pharmacy students . Collaborate with the Alden March Bioethics Institute , internationally recognized for its focus on bioethics, and working closely with clinician educators. Experience the support of academic Hospitalist colleagues managing inpatient admissions. What We're Looking For: A clinician-educator passionate about linking patient care with education and scholarship. Experience in teaching primary care and evidence-based medicine at both graduate and undergraduate levels. A strong commitment to resident and student education , with responsibilities in continuity precepting and direct patient care. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary range: $191,000-$259,000 Faculty appointment and salary commensurate with training and experience.
